Christopher M. Di Risio
Christopher Di Risio graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law and spent his first year as a Judicial Clerk to the Judges of the 23rd Circuit of Virginia. As a law clerk, Chris cultivated important relationships and saw all kinds of practice styles. While he has worked on just about every kind of case, he knew he wanted to become a domestic relations lawyer after seeing how a great attorney can affect difficult family situations.
Chris spends most of his time with his family. As a dad, Chris knows firsthand what is at stake in the practice of family law. He knows that there is no more important job in the world than that of a parent, and that each child and family is unique. He prefers working with clients in a team-based approach to ensure that each child's needs are met and each parent's story is heard in court.
Chris also loves cooking, reading, hiking, playing guitar, and spending time with friends. He is a frequent volunteer at community and charity events. Chris is also the caretaker for a very special senior dog.
