Tess is the practice manager at Di Risio & French. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a paralegal for over four years, assisting primarily in estate planning and contested probate matters. 

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College, majoring in Communication Studies. Throughout her studies, she developed a special interest in creative writing and was a staff member for the college’s literary magazine. Tess also holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Western Community College, where she excelled in accounting and business statistics. 

Tess is an active member at her church, and she is passionate about her local community. In her free time, she designs knitting patterns, and she and her husband enjoy taking their dog on walks through town.

Glory Rogers is a Paralegal at Di Risio & French. She has experience preparing Domestic Relations & Landlord-Tenant matters. 

As a skilled paralegal, Glory balances client support as well as complex scheduling management. She fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment, empowering her team members to excel and deliver high-quality legal work. Her leadership has been instrumental in the foundation of Di Risio & French.

Glory is local to the Roanoke Valley, and she can be found participating in local community events, and playing with her dog, Pumba. She loves the beach and the color pink!
